All persons must remove shoes, glasses, jewellery, and anything else that may harm the Jumping Castle or other users of the Jumping Castle or anyone in door around the Castle.

NO SILLY STRING. Silly string damages the vinyl. You will be charged for all repairs required from silly string damage. Please do not tape or fasten anything to the Jumping Castle.

Area required:

Inflatable units require a relatively open & flat area away from trees and walls.
Inflatable's are to be erected on grass surfaces free of stones, glass and any sharp objects. Please ensure you have checked the area for these as they can cause damage to the jumping castles. You as hirer will be held responsible for any damage.
We prefer to setup on grass, but we can also set the castles up on brick and concrete surfaces.
Do not setup nearby fire, braai's, and no smoking is allowed on or near the inflatable unit.
Pets:  Keep all pets away from Jumping Castle. Also ensure that the area where the castle will go is clean and there are no doggy surprises on the grass or party area.

Weather:

Keep Blower Fans DRY at ALL TIMES.
No water shall be allowed on the inflatable unit (Except on specified water slides).
Do not use the Jumping Castle during rain. The jump surface is very slippery when wet. If during operation the wind becomes excessive (25kph), remove all bouncers and deflate the Jumping Castle.

Should the jumping castle begin to deflate:

If the motor has stopped - check the cord connection at the outlet and at the motor. Remember use of more than one extension cord can trip the circuit breaker.
If the Jumping Castle starts to deflate - check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage. Check both tubes on the back of the Jumping Castle for snugness and retie if necessary.
If the Jumping Castle stakes come loose, pull the corner back and re-stake.
Should the Jumping Castle deflate, or if you experience any other problems with the equipment, please call before allowing or engaging in further use of the Jumping Castle.
