Party planning Basics:
As far as possible, try begin planning your party 4-5 weeks at least in advance.
Allowing plenty of time for booking party hire /packages , theme selections and venue arrangements should you require a venue.
Pick a theme. Choose your child's favorite color or favorite cartoon character selecting a theme will help you organize your thoughts. Then we will plan all of your party supplies for the theme, party entertainment and decorations around that theme.
The best party times are......1:00 - 3:30 or 2:00 - 4:30
You won't need to serve a meal but a few kiddies finger foods are advised
For little ones try 10:00am -11:30 or 12noon or an afternoon time slot to work around nap time.
Keep the time of party in ratio to the age groups too.
